The other day I picked up a little piece of my childhood. I remember eagerly looking forward to my Twinkle annual every year.
Flicking through it's page's took me back to being a 7 year old again.
It seemed to stir some memories for a few of our twitter friends too so I thought I'd share a few photos.
In fact as I have a duplicate copy in my colllection this one will soon be on it's way to a new home. Snapped up by one of those twitter friends!

ReplyDeleteI used to love twinkle too, I remember calling at the little corner shop on the way home from school to buy it, happy memories :) Also can't believe I missed that vintage fair in stockport in your last post, I could have popped along to say Hi

very bizzarly I said that I felt like 'nurse nancy' today (my boys got into more scrapes!) and my (much) younger sister and my neice had no idea who I was talking about!
